We want you to love what you buy from us. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Sale and discounted items are returned under the same terms as everything else. The only items that cannot be returned are listed under Non-Returnable Items below.

What Can Be Returned

Unopened products — Items still sealed in their original packaging, unused, with all original materials included. Full refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items — If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we cover everything: full refund or free replacement, and we pay the return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Products that have been opened, used, or had their seal broken (unless the item is defective or was damaged in transit)
Gift cards

That's the complete list. If it isn't named here, it can be returned.

How to Start a Return

Email sales@mobilebeautysupply.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and what you'd like to return.
We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions.
Ship the item back. Please don't send anything before contacting us — we can't process returns we aren't expecting.

Return Shipping

Our mistake (damaged, defective, or wrong item): we send you a prepaid label. You pay nothing.
Changed your mind: return shipping is your responsibility. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
